Please note the following policies before purchasing tickets:
- All shows begin at 7:30 p.m. Doors will close at that time. Patrons arriving later than 15 minutes into the show will have to wait until intermission to enter. Please plan to arrive early to avoid traffic and parking delays.
- Ticket processing fees may apply and will vary by city and venue.
- Patrons 3 years of age or older are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to The Forgotten Carols. Children 2 and under are not permitted.
- There are no refunds or exchanges.
- Flash photography and audio/video recording are not permitted.
